With joy we have premiered the documentary about Sr. Clare’s life, All or Nothing: Sr. Clare Crockett, in Arabic.
Below you can find the press release we sent out to share the good news with our contacts. We ask you to join in praying that the Lord may permit us to “carry a message of hope to all Christians and non-Christians who speak Arabic.” If you would like to share it with your contacts, this is the link.
I am happy to present one of the works of evangelization in mass media from EUK Mamie Foundation and HM Television. Our love for Arab Christians, so often persecuted for their Faith, moved us to translate some of our programs into Arabic.
In this message I would like to present a documentary that is very dear to us, entitled All or Nothing: Sr. Clare Crockett. It is the story of the life and death of this religious sister of the Servant Sisters of the Home of the Mother. April 16, 2020 was the four-year anniversary of Sr. Clare’s death, occurred during the earthquake in Ecuador. She was only 33 years old. Sr. Clare was born in Northern Ireland, a country struck by violence and terrorism. Her dream was to become an actress, and she was advancing determinedly toward her goal. She was gifted with excellent, natural qualities for acting, singing and writing. Sr. Clare was beautiful and had an attractive personality. After her conversion, she gave everything up to surrender herself to Jesus Christ.
When she died, we said goodbye with tears in our eyes, but four years later the Lord shows the abundant fruits borne thanks to the offering of her short yet generous life. We have received countless emails and messages over these last years from people who have come to know Jesus Christ through the life of Sr. Clare: so many conversions; so many religious vocations that have been saved thanks to Sr. Clare’s example. Every week we publish a few samples of the endless stream of messages on this website in Spanish, English, Italian and French.
Sr. Clare also had a very close connection with Arabic-speaking Christians who are persecuted for their Faith. In the last email she wrote to Mother Ana Campo, the superior general of the community, Sr. Clare said that she prayed for persecuted Christians and affirmed, “The faith and strength of the ‘Nazarenes,’ as they call them in Syria, help me surrender myself daily,” and adds, “If the Lord and Our Blessed Mother want us to open a community in one of those countries where our brothers and sisters are being persecuted, I would love to go help.” Providentially, Sr. Clare reaches those Arabic-speaking countries through this documentary and sustains them with her joy and hope on their difficult journey of faithfulness to Jesus Christ.
Let us pray so that All or Nothing: Sr. Clare Crockett may impel many souls to imitate Sr. Clare in her fervent search for holiness, holding nothing back. Please share this message and the link to the documentary with all of your contacts to spread HM Television in Arabic. May Our Lord grant us the grace to bring a message of hope to all Arabic-speaking Christians and non-Christians.
