April 16, 2020, was the four-year anniversary of the death of Sr. Clare Crockett and the girls—Maria Augusta, Mayra, Jazmina, Catalina and Valeria—in the earthquake in Ecuador. To give thanks to God for our sister's examples and life and in order to remember the other girls, we organized an online festival titled Sr. Clare Anniversary Festival.
What did it consist of? Two of our sisters hosted the festival from the community in Jacksonville, FL: Sr. Grace Silao, one of the main interviewees in All or Nothing: Sr. Clare Crockett, and Sr. Kelly Maria Pezo, who was in Ecuador when the earthquake took place. Via videoconference, Sr. Kristen Gardner, producer of All or Nothing and who at present is writing the official biography of Sr. Clare, also intervened. The sisters shared stories of experiences they had with Sr. Clare, sang her favorite songs and answered questions from the audience.
