They Felt Identified with Sr. Clare

Ceci Paredon, Mexico: I am truly very grateful for this opportunity that you have given us to know Sr. Clare more, and for letting us spread and inspire others with her example.

From Mexico, Ceci Paredon, describes the experience of having seen the documentary All or Nothing: Sr Clare Crockett with her youth group. A few days later, Ceci entered as a postulant in a Trappist monastery.

I send you an affectionate greeting on this feast day of Our Lady of Fatima. I wanted to let you know that, due to problems with schedules and activities of the people from the youth group, we haven’t been able to see the film until today. This is actually very beautiful because it is the Ascension and a feast of Mary.

What most impressed the young people was Sr. Clare’s process of conversion. Many of them felt identified with her. What they most admired was her joyful and complete self-surrender to the Lord. I am truly very grateful for this opportunity that you have given us to know Sr. Clare more, and for letting us spread and inspire others with her example.

I ask for your prayers for these young people and all of the youth of my country. I entrust myself to your prayers because this upcoming Thursday, Corpus Christi, I will enter as a postulant in a Trappist monastery here in Mexico. Thank you for your prayers, and you can count on mine for all of the Home of the Mother.

May God bless you.

With great affection,
Ceci Paredon
