Sor Raquel Coss: Frankly, I have been doing very badly these days on a spiritual level. Finding myself before her life and her story is like a fresh rain in a desert: my desert. She encourages me. God spoke to me through her—I know it.
Good evening. My name is Sister Raquel Coss and I am 24 years old. I am a Dominican sister who has recently made her first vows. I just wanted to share what Sr. Clare did for me today.
I often use YouTube, and a suggested video that popped up was the movie All or Nothing. Honestly, I thought that this was just “another movie about any other nun.” Days, weeks, and months went by and the suggested video stayed there. However I was really not interested in clicking on it.
Today, January 2, I used YouTube once again, and all of a sudden I accident4lly clicked on a video that I was about to play. The computer froze for a moment, and then Sr. Clareʼs movie started playing. I said, “Fine, letʼs see what itʼs about,” so I watched it… To tell the truth, I did not see the whole thing. When I found out that she had died, I immediately started investigating her life, her letters and everything.
Frankly, I have been doing very badly these days on a spiritual level. Finding myself before her life and her story is like a fresh rain in a desert: my desert. She encourages me. God spoke to me through her—I know it. I think about her all day. Thank you, thank you for spreading her story. I truly thank God for finding her. I am going to write about her to the young women who are discerning.
May God bless you. I promise to pray faithfully for you all.
