When I met Valeria, she seemed like an angel to me. She had a good and very pure soul. She was joyful and happy. You could tell that she was very faithful to the Lord.
This year at camp she was my group leader. At one point I began to feel sad. I told Valeria what was happening to me and she said, “Don’t get discouraged, really, don’t get discouraged. You’re doing great.” In that moment I began to trust in her a lot and I was able to open my heart to her. The piece of advice that she gave me was, “Don’t deny the Lord anything and don’t be afraid of Him.”
I found a friend in her. She encouraged me to do God’s will and helped rid me of my doubts. Thanks to her I saw things differently and my life changed.
