“Anita, what’s necessary to find true happiness isn’t a comfortable life, but a heart that’s in love.”
I shared many moments with Jazmina and Mayra. We did lots of things together, and we always helped each other out. I used to go spend the night at Jazmina’s house on Saturdays, so we could go to Mass together in the morning, and then we would spend Sunday together.
Jazmina and Marya were very joyful girls. They also had their difficult moments, their struggles… but in the midst of all those things, they always smiled. After having entered as candidates, their joy became contagious. They were very happy for having said “Yes” to the Lord. Jazmina always said to me, “Anita, what’s necessary to find true happiness isn’t a comfortable life, but a heart that’s in love.”
They were my best friends. I loved them as if they were my own sisters. Thanks to them I met the Home of the Mother. The only thing that consoles me now is when I think of that they are in Heaven.
